Cancellation Policy

At LCT Universal Executive Transports, we understand that plans can change. To provide the highest level of service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Sedans & SUVs:

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged 50% of the fare.

No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged in full.


Airport Transfers:

For airport pickups, please notify us of any cancellations at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance will be charged 50%.

No-shows at the airport without prior notice will be charged 100% of the fare.


Hourly & Special Event Services:

Cancellations for hourly charters, weddings, proms, or other special events must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50%.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur the full charge.


Modifications:

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation. However, modifications made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to availability and additional fees.


Weather & Emergency Exceptions:

In cases of severe weather or verified emergencies, LCT Universal Executive Transports reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
